Simple recipe for a mid- day snack. Just 3 steps,
1. Slice the zucchini into thin roundels.
2. add 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (garlic infused) in a skillet and shallow fry till golden brown on both sides.
3. Add salt and pepper and top it with grated Parmesan.
Crunchy, cheesy, yummy and healthy!
