French onion soup time again, but today I thought of baking the bread as well. I looked up a recipe for 'Irish soda bread'. Apparently it's the bread they bake at home in Ireland. It looked delicious, but turned out a bit too dense. Maybe leaving it in for a few more minutes would have helped.
